Shipping Policies

Little Falls Foods offers shipping for dry products via Canada Post or courier anywhere within Canada. Select 'shipping' at checkout.

Note: Shipping for frozen or cooled items is not yet available. Some items in our inventory have not yet been measured and so are not yet available for shipping. We are working to weigh and measure these items as quickly as possible!

Rates & Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders will be shipped in the afternoon on weekdays. If the store is closed when an order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of store opening.

You will receive an email notification and tracking number from us when your order has shipped.


We will do our utmost to ensure your products are packed well. If any damage occurs during shipping, please email us within 24 hours. Include these details:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of box and shipping label, including any damage to the box
- A photo of the damaged item
