- Cook From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F). Remove roast from wrapper and place on a rack in a roasting pan. Cover with lid or tin foil. Cook/roast for 55-65 minutes. Afterwards, remove lid/foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes. Cook/roast until internal temperature reaches a minimum 74°C (165°F).
- Gravy: place both packs of gravy in hot water for 10 minutes to thaw.
- 1200W Microwave: Pour thawed gravy into a microwave safe dish. Heat in microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes. Stir and cook for an additional 1 minute. Heat until internal temperature reaches a minimum 74°C (165°F).
- Stovetop: Empty gravy packets into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Heat until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 74°C (165°F). Cook longer for thicker gravy, if desired.
