Pour boiling/hot water over loose tea, tea bag, or tea strainer. The amount of loose tea depends on the how much tea you are making and your preference for strength.
Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea strainer or bag. Enjoy!
For iced tea, measure a tablespoon of loose tea into a tea bag. Hang the bag on the edge of a 500ml mason jar, fill with cold water and replace the lid. Place in a sunny area for 2-4 hours or until the shade fills the jar. Remove the tea bag. Refrigerate or serve over ice.
Fill cup 1/2 to 3/4 full warm water. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze out tea bag. Add cold water, ice and enjoy!
