Starting out with a small dream, a whole lot of passion and a love of homegrown ingredients, Gaetano LoScerbo began crafting& selling gelato out of a tiny cart in a small rural town in Southern Italy in 1929. Three generations later, that very same delicious gelato was brought to Vancouver in the late 70's by Gaetano's great-grandson Mario.

Gelato: milk ingredients, sugar, rice syrup solids, instant coffee, mono and diglycerides, guar gum, xantham gum, carrageenan, salt
Chocolate Wafer: bleached wheat flour, sugar, caramel colour, corn sugar, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated oils: soybean, cottonseed), yellow corn flour, cocoa, high fructcose corn syrup, modified corn starch, baking soda, salt, mono-and diglycerides, soy lecithin
Made on equipment that also processes peanuts/nuts
