The authentic Sicilian ricotta cannolo
The Cannoli is the King of pastry, a delicacy that has given us the warm Sicilian land. This delicious waffle filled with ricotta cream with drops of chocolate and decorated with an orange fillet and a sprinkling of powdered sugar, with its flavor and its delicacy has become a much sought after dessert loved not only by Sicilians but by all world.
Ricotta cream filling (cow's milk whey, sheep's milk, salt, sugar), drops of surrogate: (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, low-fat cocoa powder), vanillin.
Wafer: wheat flour type "OO", red wine vinegar (antioxidant E224), sugar, palm oil, cocoa, salt, vanilla, lemon, cinnamon flavors.
The final product (waffle) is fried in palm oil.
Internal coating: chocolate substitute: (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin E476), natural vanilla.
Candied fruit: orange fillets ((glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator, citric acid: E330, preservative: sulfur dioxide E220 (as residue))
Decoration: dextrose, soft wheat starch, non-hydrogenated palm oil, sugar a veil (beetroot sucrose and corn starch 3%)
Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, soy
Defrost for 4 hours in refrigerator. Keeps for 2 days in refrigerator.
