Shredded Soybean Fiber
- To rehydrate, pour boiling water or broth over TVP. Stir, cover and let stand for 5–10 minutes.
Use in your favourite stir-fries and sauces. The less TVP is cooked, the more tender it will be (cooking too long makes it tougher).
