"Whole food" ingredient isn't just a buzzword in our products. We use primarily real whole grains, whole grain and legume flours, seeds and nuts, low-glycemic and fiber-filled sweeteners - coconut sugar, date sugar, maple sugar, dried fruits, and spices. What we DON'T use are highly processed ingredients - refined sugar, oils, or vegan commercial oil-based dairy replacements.
