The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Materia Prima is a medium fruity oil produced in November when the olive is in a medium phase of maturity thus permitting a greater yield and consequently allowing the producer to better control the production costs. The oil is sweet, with hints of almond and with a delightful note of ripe fruit.
